We may collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties. The exact data collected depends on whether you are using the Markevix website and services or the Guess The Emoji app.
Information you provide may include your name, phone number, email address, company name, website URL, service requirement, project brief, support request, display name, profile text, avatar choice, language preference, purchase-related support details, or any message or document you choose to share with us.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the website or the app, we may collect device identifiers or app-generated identifiers, approximate device and app information such as app version, platform, locale, operating system, and device model, along with log and diagnostic information, timestamps, request metadata, and troubleshooting data.
For the Guess The Emoji app, we may also collect gameplay and progress data such as levels completed, hints used, streaks, coins, achievements, daily challenge activity, reward claims, and game configuration state. We may also collect analytics and event data such as app opens, screen views, gameplay actions, ad interactions, purchase events, and performance or error signals.

Local gameplay progress may remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. You can delete the app from your device to remove local data stored on the device, disable notifications through your device settings, or contact us to request account or data deletion.

The Guess The Emoji app and our related services are not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
